Thanks to a pair of Custom Shop Twisted Tele single-coil pickups, the Fender Limited-Edition Vintera '70s Telecaster offers extreme tonal tenacity. These custom-wound pickups deliver a hotter signal than standard Tele pickups, but they showcase a shimmer and sparkle reminiscent of a Stratocaster. Each pickup's sonic character has been tailored to its position so that they can achieve the best possible tone. The neck has a taller bobbin with more windings, so it has a tight and bright feel. The bridge pickup's shorter bobbin helps it deliver a dark and full midrange that you can't get enough of — perfect for incendiary bridge pickup tones without ice pick harshness.
If the Fender Limited-Edition Vintera '70s Telecaster feels like an original to you, that's because Fender designed it with all the specifications that defined '70s Teles. This awesome Telecaster is in very good condition throughout. It is 100% original and there are no breaks, cracks or repairs. There are cosmetic signs of use with some minor dings to the front of the body, none of which are deep enough to go through the finish, some scratches to the pickguard, and some minor fret wear.
It comes in a Fender Deluxe padded gig bag.
