An amazingly cool looking guitar! Japan is often considered to be one of the best guitar manufactures in the world alongside America. Designed with a shorter scale length, comfortable body shape and lightweight Basswood body the Fender Competition Mustang revives the Classic Mustang and features a range of period accurate hardware such as the vintage style floating tremolo bridge for unique pitch bending and single coil mustang pickups to deliver a crisp and punchy tone perfect for rock and blues. It even features a very cool matching headstock.
Although it is a 2015, this guitar was first offered to the market as 'new old stock', so in essence spent the first good number of its years of its life in pristine condition. It shows as it is in pretty beautiful condition throughout with only the slightest of play wear. There is one small ding to the side of the body (bottom side) which can be seen in the 12th photo. There is also a small mark as highlighted in the 13th photo.
It is entirely original, so no modifications, and comes with its original tremolo bar and Fender padded bag.
