The Player Stratocaster is an excellent instrument as it is. Drop in a set of Texas Special pickups and you have yourself a blues machine!
The Player Series Stratocaster has all the hallmarks of a classic Strat - luscious body hugging curves, distinctive tonality allowing the player's character to shine through, contemporary and time honoured historical features like the spaghetti logo and Fender designed pickups. It also features performance orientated modern upgrades like gloss fronted/satin backed necks, synthetic bone nuts, and a two-point pivot tremolo.
The Texas Special pickups are over-wound for increased output, and are made with alnico 5 magnets and enamel-coated magnet wire for great midrange bite with crystalline highs and tight bass.
It is in excellent condition throughout and shows very little in the way of play wear at all. It plays and sounds great and there are no breaks, cracks or repairs. The frets are in good shape.
It comes in a hard case with the original tremolo arm.
